Two Factor Authentication (2FA) provides an additional level of security for software operators logging into the Enterprise system, powered by Integriti, by requiring operators to enter an extra security code generated by a registered device, such as a smartphone, in addition to their username and password.
For operators logging into the Integriti software, Integriti supports 2FA with:
Google/Microsoft Authenticator or TOTP
Duo Authenticator
2FA is implemented through Time-based One-time Password (TOTP) codes, which can be generated by many freely available 2FA apps. We also support Duo Push Authentication with the Duo Mobile App for Android and iPhone.
Operators can also generate an emergency backup code to login with in the event that they have lost access to their personal device.
2FA login can be enabled by enrolling specific operators, or by setting up a Security Policy that enforces 2FA enrolment so that 2FA enrolment is made mandatory for newly logged in operators.
2FA login is supported in the Integriti thick clients (System Designer & Gatekeeper), as well as the Integriti Web Interface. 2FA login is also supported for use with Integriti’s Active Directory Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) features.
