The PrismaX and EliteX Keypads can arm and disarm security areas, acknowledge alarms and events, and lock and unlock doors. The PrismaX keypad also features a variant which includes a SIFER reader.

Integriti supports a full range of 3rd party readers including Mifare, HID, facial and fingerprint recognition readers as well as mobile credential support from multiple vendors.

Effortless User Management

Creating Users and Assigning user access permissions is the foundation of any access control system. Integriti provides an easy-to-use and incredibly flexible permission system that mandates which areas and under which conditions users are granted access.

Fred Taylor “Chief Security Officer “ Jones and Co:

“Integriti has dramatically transformed the way we manage our 5000 employees and contractors. Our previous system was a mess with thousands of different user type profiles and no way to practically standardize our user’s permissions. Now with Integriti, we have a simple yet structured permission system that gives us confidence we are protecting our staff and our company’s assets.”

Actionable Information in Real Time

Integriti provides Customisable alarm and event filters that enable users to filter irrelevant system information and only view events that are relevant to the operators role. Operators can gain insightful information and ensure appropriate response to incidents as they occur in real time.

  • Events can be based on broad categories such as “Access” and “intruder areas armed”, or more granular categories such as the status of 3rd party integrations.
  • Important events can be highlighted with changing the colours or font to draw the operator’s attention.
  • A fully customisable alarm response system is also available which enables escalation of alarms to designated operators and tailored response plans for specific situations.

Reports Made Accessible

Integriti Professional enables non-technical customers to generate, flexible graphical reports. The software comes with commonly used reports such as Time on Site, Muster, User Access History and many more. For the technically minded, these sample reports can be used as templates to customise and generate other reports according to the needs of the customer. Alternatively, Inner Range offers a professional report writing service with quoted prices varying according to the complexity of the client’s requirements.

  • Muster Reports detail a list of users that are present in any system area when the report is generated. Entrance and Exit readers are utilised to generate this report.
  • Attendance Reports such as Time on Site track staff movements around a site to accurately monitor staff’s time and attendance.
  • User Reports such as User Permissions or Inactive Users provide detailed information regarding the user’s status and system permissions.

Not only can reports be displayed simply on your computer or mobile device, but they can also be saved for later viewing or forwarding in a wide variety of formats including HTML, PDF, XLS, and CSV or generated automatically and emailed to users at a specified time.

Seamless Compatibility with the Biggest Brands

Active Directory

Users: In many organisations, Active Directory is already used as the main user management database, integrating to a wide range of other business systems (Email, Payroll, Scheduling, etc.). Integriti can also leverage off this centralised source of user data, delivering great cost-efficiencies to the organisation by negating the need for additional user data entry. Integriti operator training time is also greatly reduced.

Operators: Deploying Integriti’s Active Directory integration for Operators delivers a fast and efficient method of managing operator sign-on & authentication. When Active Directory for Operators is enabled, Integriti operators’ credentials are validated with Active Directory based on their Windows login.

ANPR

Vehicle management is a vital function of any large building. Taking advantage of Integriti’s interconnected ecosystem, integrated Automatic Number Plate Recognition systems can be used for Security & Access Control at car-park entrances, vehicle gates or any other area where vehicle management is required.

Asset Tracking

Possessing the ability to track valuable assets is a desire that many organisations have. Integriti’s interconnected technology platform allows for connection to Asset Tracking systems to monitor and manage the location of assets via one graphical map interface. Operators can view CCTV footage in real time to confirm asset locations, reducing the chances of valuable assets being stolen or misplaced. .

Building Management Systems

In addition to being able to directly control many third party systems such as elevators, heating, cooling and lights, Integriti is able to communicate with large Building Management Systems - giving it the ability to become an integral part of any smart building solution.

Biometrics

Biometric Access Control technology provides an increased level of security for building access control systems when compared to traditional card & card reader technologies. Integriti’s integrated platform facilitates a streamlined on-boarding process when integrated with third-party Biometric Access Control modules. The synchronization of users ultimately simplifies the on-boarding process, increasing System Operator’s overall efficiency.

CCTV

Utilising the integrated Integriti platform, system operators are able to visually verify alarm events in real-time, using video feeds from an interconnected CCTV platform. Security Personnel are able to view, control and customize CCTV layouts all within one centrally managed system, while monitoring other access control or alarm events within the same graphical interface.

Entity Synchronisation

Fire Systems

Integriti’s interconnected technology platform enables Security Personnel to maintain maximum situational awareness in the case of a fire alarm event. Utilising integrated CCTV streams alongside Integriti’s graphical map interface, system operators can instantly view fire alarm events with associated CCTV footage to the incident. This level of situational awareness empowers Security Personnel to make informed decisions based on the information they are provided.

Human Resources

When integrated with a Human Resources system, organisations can expect a smooth and simple on-boarding & off-boarding process. Staff enrolled within HR software can be allocated certain permissions within Integriti based on their roles in the HR software. This gives System Owners a streamlined and efficient process of controlling Integriti permissions through the enrolment process, without needing to navigate through multiple different software databases.

Intercom Integrations

Security & Access Control systems are often installed in conjunction Intercom systems; as such, it is of paramount importance that these systems are able to operate harmoniously together to create an exemplary end-user experience.

Inner Range’s interconnected technology platform allows for Security Personnel to easily monitor, manage, and control all intercom events from a single graphical interface.

Basip

Keylockers

Utilising a synchronised user database, Integriti’s integrated platform facilitates seamless user management for KeyLocker systems. User information can be solely managed from Integriti, meaning that System Operators do not need to maintain two separate databases. Additionally, Integriti’s powerful reporting tools can be utilised to develop reports specifically relating KeyLocker events, giving system owners full awareness of which users are trying to access which Key/KeyLocker.

Lifts

Managing lift systems is made easy through the use of Integriti’s interconnected technology ecosystem. With an integrated lift system, Integriti System Operators are able to effectively manage lift users, control lifts, make lift calls and generate powerful reports surrounding lift event history, all from a single operator interface.

Lighting Control

With an Integriti system installed as an integrated Security & Access Control platform, system owners can automate lighting control which will vastly improve their overall experience. Users can control lights upon entry, exit, via time schedules or on demand via the Integriti Mobile App.

Lockers

Utilising a synchronised user database, Integriti’s integrated platform facilitates seamless user management for Locker systems. User information can be solely managed from Integriti, meaning that System Operators do not need to maintain two separate databases. Additionally, Integriti’s powerful reporting tools can be utilised to develop reports specifically related to Locker events, giving system owners full awareness of which users have accessed which lockers and when.

Membership

Integriti’s Membership System Integration allows for a smooth and simple management of member access control, by synchronising the membership database with the Integriti Access Control database. Utilising a synchronised database, gym owners are empowered by the benefits of minimising the need to train staff on a new system, reducing overall costs involved with managing and maintaining membership access control.

Mobile Credentials

Bluetooth/mobile credentials are increasingly gaining popularity for use with Security & Access Control systems. By integrating with industry leading mobile credential suppliers, Integriti’s open platform is able to effectively manage the assigning of mobile credentials to users within its database. By managing these credentials within Integriti, system owners can expect to minimise the need to train operators on multiple systems.

Mobile Duress

Mobile Duress Systems often form part of an overall strategy to ensure the safety and security for staff and visitors within an organisation. The Integriti system allows for a connection with Mobile Duress Systems, to notify Security Personnel of the location of a mobile duress event, through a graphical interface. This integration promotes effective responses of security personnel and allows for a swift response to duress events.

Mother Baby Tagging

Electronic baby tagging systems are deployed globally with the important role of assisting in mitigating the risk of abduction of newborn infants from hospital maternity wards. By integrating with a baby-tagging system, Integriti can monitor and manage the alert events from the baby-tagging system, which can then trigger automatic locking of doors & Security Operator notification – creating an increased level of safety and security for newborn infants.

Paging Nursecall

Paging / Nurse Call Systems are commonly used to send messages to personnel (nurses, guards) via their paging device. Taking advantage of Integriti’s interconnected technology platform, Integriti is able to communicate alarm events to personnel via an integrated Paging System. This is an incredibly powerful tool that is commonly used in aged care. For example, in an aged care facility, a CCTV camera analytic notices a resident falling over - this creates an event within Integriti which can notify nurses in an instant, which allows for a fast and efficient response to aid that resident as soon as possible.

Payroll

Integriti’s ability to monitor time-on-site based on access control events, pairs nicely with a Payroll System. By automating staff payments based upon the user time-on-site, employers can expect to see increased accountability for staff attendance, and will mitigate the risk of overpaying staff for work they did not actually do.

Personnel Tracking

By interconnecting a Personnel Tracking system with Integriti, System Operators are able to receive status and location information of Security Personnel, which can be monitored via the same graphical interface as every other aspect of the Integriti system (including integrated CCTV, Intercoms, etc.). While increasing security and safety of staff, this integration improves situational awareness of Security Personnel in high security situations.

RTLS

Real-Time Location Systems are commonly deployed in high security situations, and allow Security Operators to maintain accurate status and location of Security Personnel in real-time. The RTLS integration with Integriti allows for status updates and location monitoring via the same graphical interface as every other aspect of the Integriti system (including integrated CCTV, Intercoms, etc.). While increasing security and safety of staff, this integration improves situational awareness of Security Personnel in high security situations.

SMS

Integriti’s powerful communications capabilities allow for SMS sending from within the Integriti Software. Messages can be sent to any user or group of users, and can be sent on demand or via a range of different variables (e.g. time schedules). SMS sending can be incredibly powerful in situations where it is critical to notify all users on-site of emergency situations such as a fire drill, lockdown, or active shooter.

Wireless Access Control

By integrating a Wireless Access Control system with Integriti, system operators do not need to manage multiple user databases. Synchronisation of users and access permissions allows Integriti to be the single interface for managing Wireless Access Control doors – mitigating the requirement to manage multiple platforms.

Workplace Health & Safety

When integrated with a Workplace Health & Safety system, Integriti can allocate access permissions based on information fed from the WH&S system (e.g. certification required to access to certain areas). This allows organisations to implement work-flow processes and align their access control & security platform with their organisation’s WH&S requirements.

Ulster Hospital

Ulster Hospital was built in 1962 to serve a population of just over 260,000. As the community grew, the hospital became increasingly overstretched to care for the needs of its expanding population. What was needed was a system coping with over 3,000 staff and consultants, being flexible and can be overridden in an emergency situation.

The development of additional hospital blocks increased capacity and enhanced healthcare services which resulted in the requirements for an integrated Access Control and Intruder Alarm solution.

The University of Western Sydney

The University of Western Sydney (UWS) is geographically one of the largest in Australia and its campuses are widespread. The University had long been a supporter of the Inner Range system. Individual UWS Campuses had been using Inner Range's Concept 4000 security hardware and Insight System Management Software for several years but the style of security management had been segmented, each campus having autonomy over its own cardholders and access permissions.

Unfortunately, if one of their 30,000 students or staff members needed to visit another campus, their card would need to be reprogrammed on the destination security server, effectively duplicating the amount of administration for the cardholder. When the time came to centralise the security administration and upgrade the levels of security and protection offered to students and staff, UWS came to Inner Range for help.

Newcastle-Under-Lyme College

At the beginning of 2010, the iconic Newcastle-Under-Lyme College in the United Kingdom was unveiled. The bold and exciting campus, embodying both the dynamics of 21st century education and green ethics, is a stark contrast from the original 1960’s buildings which were no longer fit for purpose. During planning stages of the project, amongst the key objectives of the college were to provide an innovative, technology driven environment to enhance the learning experience of some 10,000 students, streamline campus management and promote sustainability through the use of environmentally friendly and energy saving construction materials and building automation systems.

 Collins Arch Precinct

Integriti System with Integrated ANPR, CCTV, Elevators and more.

The Integriti platform by Inner Range has been chosen to secure the Collins Arch base build, along with many of the prestigious tenancies within this esteemed complex.

The first stage of the Collins Arch project includes integrations of the Milestone VMS platform, Kone Elevators and ANPR systems to the Integriti platform. The platform itself includes over 200 doors and numerous security detection points.

To deliver a system such as this, the developers of Collins Arch chose Expert Security who are Integriti specialists and have had a long history of success installing large scale systems.

Integriti not only has the ability to secure premises with its user-friendly integrated access control and intruder functions, but also through its industry leading suite of integrations and smart building functions.

At any one-time Collins Arch will house numerous high net-worth individuals in its multi-million dollar apartments, as well in the accompanying 5 Star hotel and luxury office space. This unique group of residents require systems that complement the luxury setting, while providing a level of protection that is only provided by the most sophisticated security equipment. This is why Integriti by Inner Range was the obvious choice.

The first level of security and convenience at Collins Arch is achieved through the Automatic Number Plate Recognition integration (ANPR). When a resident or other authorised user drives up to the parking entrance their number plate is read. The results are transmitted to Integriti through a high-level interface (HLI). After matching the vehicles number plate to a valid user, Integriti automatically opens the gate allowing the user direct access to the car park. Future upgrades would make it possible for Integriti to turn on the lights in the car park, activate a lighting scene in the resident’s apartment, and turn the cooling on.

In the event that a vehicle’s number plate has been blacklisted or is not recognised, Integriti can take actions such as activating a security camera, notifying on-site security, or playing an automated message over an integrated PA system to the driver. The number of actions available are virtually limitless due to the high number of 3rd party systems that are integrated to Integriti.

The integration between Milestone ACM and Integriti helps residents feel secure from the moment they enter the carpark. Milestone is an industry leading CCTV Video Management system which, when combined with Integriti, is capable of assisting security personal to protect high net-worth individuals as soon as the number plate on their vehicle is read. This can be achieved by Integriti triggering all cameras between the car park entry and the resident’s apartment to be automatically displayed on the video wall in the security office. An image of the individual who needs protection can also be displayed to assist security personal.

Once the resident arrives at the Kone elevator, which also has an HLI to Integriti, they swipe their card on the access control reader. Within a second Integriti checks which levels the user has access to and gives the resident the ability to select any of the approved levels by pressing the relevant button in the Kone lift. Once a button is pressed, Integriti will disable all other buttons and record which level the user has selected. Integriti can then trigger Milestone to display the elevator camera, as well as the cameras on the destination floor, on the video wall in the security room.

Finally, the resident enters their apartment with virtually no interaction with the high security systems keeping them safe. The next time they leave their apartment the entire process begins again with virtually no interruption to their daily life.
