Inner Range Inception Version 3.3 supports Nedap ANPR cameras natively

Inner Range has released Inception Version 3.3 which contains a host of new and user friendly features with the standouts being the integration of Nedap ANPR cameras and the Door Free Access Control feature.

With Door Free Access Control users now have the ability to set a door to free entry or exit by simply double or triple badging that doors reader. This is a significant benefit for users of Inception and takes away the need to setup time zones to perform actions such as unlocking the entrance door on a shop. This is extremely easy for a technician to setup and just needs one option to be selected in the basic configuration for the door.

The native support NEDAP ANPR cameras makes it very easy for installers to offer an advanced feature such ANPR to their customers. To set this up there is a simple 2 step process which involves activating the NEDAP ANPR  credential template within inception followed by adding the vehicle number plate to the users list of credentials.

In addition to the ANPR integration Inception Version 3.3 adds Counters

These can be used in numerous ways. It could be used to monitor how many vehicles have entered a car park and then restrict access once a certain capacity has been reached. This could be achieved by using NEDAP ANPR cameras or counting the number of people who entered by badging a standard reader. It could also be used to count how many times a room has been entered and then notify staff that cleaning is required.

Other new features in this release are:

User Search Page – This page allows you to search and filter user data based on attributes such as their names, credentials and permissions. Multiple filters can be combined for more specific results. Columns can be made visible or hidden to customise the information displayed on the page.
